My Soul to Take (originally called 25/8) is a 2010 American supernatural-thriller film, written and directed by Wes Craven. It is his first film since 1994's Wes Craven's New Nightmare that he both wrote and directed.The film stars Max Thieriot as the protagonist Adam "Bug" Hellerman, who is one of seven teenagers chosen to die.
The film was unsuccessful at the box office, and was poorly received by critics.
Abel Plenkov (Raul Esparza), a man who suffers from multiple personality disorder and schizophrenia and who is known throughout Riverton as 'The Riverton Ripper' murdered his pregnant wife and counselor Dr. Blake. When he dies later that night, his multiple personalities are transferred to the souls of seven children who were born that same night.
